On December 1, 2014, I started working out at American Family Fitness. As a Junior in high school I weighed in at 215 pounds. On February 14, 2016, a year and two months later I weighed 165 pounds. I lost 15 pounds from December 1, 2014 to December 1, 2015 which was a year. From then until February 2016 which was 2 months I decided to make a huge difference and lost 35 pounds by eating clean and dieting as well as an hour of cardio everyday seven days a week. American Family Fitness has transformed me into a totally different person and has changed my life completely for the best!
