The snowball effect is real! I believe in making small, doable changes now that will positively influence your future. If you feel better, you’ll do better; if you do better, you’ll become better. Change up routine: try a new recipe, break into an impromptu dance number. We’re stuck in these meat suits for our whole lives; why not make them the best they can be?
