I started out weighing 206 lbs. at my heaviest weight in 2013. I had 2 kids, wasn’t exercising, eating unhealthy and was not happy with the way I looked and felt. In October of 2013, my husband had been coming to cycle class and had lost a lot of weight through cycle classes and I thought that if he can do it so can I. The moment that I took that first cycle class at AMFAM Colonial Heights I was hooked and there was no turning back. I became addicted to cycle class and after a year of cycle classes began to add weights into my exercise plan and starting taking muscle conditioning class as well as Bootcamp class and that is where I built muscle and lost the last 25lbs. Now I’m 144 lbs. and in the best shape of my life and I feel amazing.
