After spending 15 years in the banking industry, I found myself one-hundred pounds overweight, high blood pressure, pre type 2 diabetic, chronic low back and foot pain, I made the decision to reverse it all. The changes have made such an impact on my life, I dedicated the resit of it to helping people accomplish their goal of fitness and wellness.
