Growing up I was always athletic, playing multiple little league sports. It wasn’t until high school I realized that I was tired of being the small, skinny kid. I was too small to play my favorite sports; basketball and football. My high school offered advanced P.E. junior and senior year and I quickly enrolled. My starting weight was around 135lbs, benching 90lbs and barely able to squat the bar. I picked up on the weight training process and fell in love. Through junior and senior year I developed correct lifting techniques and proper nutrition. By the time I graduated high school I weighed in at 185lbs, benching 225lbs and was no longer the small, skinny kid. Friends who were once bigger than me, were now asking me for advice. I have now turned my passion into a career, helping as many people as I can along the way.
