Personal Training has done more for me than I could ever had imagine. Yes I was a gym rat, working out 2-3 hours a day burning from 900-1200 calories and yet somehow I ended up gaining weight instead of losing it, so of course frustration set in and I could think of nothing more than just quit because in my mind what was the point. That’s the first thought you get, when you don’t get the results you want right?. So here I was one day contemplating what my next step should be and as I stood there one of the personal trainers who already knew me took the time to sit down and talk to me which in itself was very thoughtful. During this talk she convince me that I will benefit from working out with a trainer and it just so happened that at the time the BE A LOSER program was about to start, so without any more thought I sign up for this program and I say it now it has been the best decision I have made for myself.

I train three days a week with Emjay Michelle Sanderson and I love her. I love her drive and her way of motivating people. She has taught me so much and now I realize that even though I was working out so much before I wasn’t being smart about it and that anything in excess can be harmful. She helped me understand why I failed. She has taught me the importance of doing things in moderation and eating the right way.

Personal training has gone above and beyond my expectations. My personal trainer quickly learn my strengths but most importantly my weaknesses. She knows when and how to push me to get the best out of me and I have done things I didn’t think I could do, because she believe in me and she knew I could do it. I am known for doubting myself and slowly she is building up my confidence. She takes the time to talk to me and she has this way of knowing when and how to build up my confidence with an amazing workout. She goes above and beyond her title as a trainer to give me her client the help I need.

If you ask me today Is personal training worth your time and your money???? My answer to you will be ABSOLUTELY. Personal Training has change my life. I have learned so much and I know that I am stronger today than what I was yesterday because of the hard work of my trainer.

The Rewards of having a personal trainer. I get an amazing workout each and every single time I meet with her. I lost weight slowly the way I’m suppose to and I know I will continue to lose weight. I have no doubt that I will reach my goal weight with her help. I am stronger and I am more confident but above all of these wonderful things I have gained a TERRIFIC PERSON AS A FRIEND because she is no longer just my trainer she is a FRIEND.

Thank you Emjay for doing what you do because through that you change people’s life’s for the best. You are certainly changing mine. :)
