Hello everyone! (: My weight loss journey first started in December of 2012 when one day I woke up and realized I wasn’t happy with myself anymore and it was time for me to do something about it!! I changed my diet, started counting calories and exercising 5 days a week! I quickly noticed drastic change in my mood and appearance. By March of 2014 I had lost over 50lbs and had muscle definition that I hadn’t seen since I was about 12 years old! I was very pleased and proud of myself for my accomplishment! Not even a month later I found out I was expecting! I was high risk and on activity restriction the whole way through.. I ended up gaining 75lbs by then end!! I had a healthy and happy beautiful little girl and that’s all that mattered but of course I was a little disappointed for how my body looked once again after I had just worked so hard to lose 50lbs! I was a little discouraged at first and thought there was no way I would ever get my body back.. But I refused to not even give it a try..
So as soon as my doctor gave me the okay I started back at American Family and with the help of my amazing trainer, Rich Perry I got back on track!! (: Not even 4 months postpartum and I have lost 66 of those 75lbs and am now feeling more motivated and determined than ever before!
