Hot Yoga will help you strengthen, stretch, balance, breathe, and relax. In a room set at 105 degrees, you’ll have the opportunity to gain mental and physical strength, stimulate your metabolism for a potentially greater calorie burn, and safely increase your balance and flexibility.
Taking your personal experience to new levels, a Hot Yoga practice can even help melt away those everyday aches and pains we often carry around in the body. That should make you feel like a million bucks, and who doesn’t want to feel like a million bucks, right?
Wear comfortable clothing and be sure to hydrate before and after class. Bring a towel with you, since you’ll be sweating out all of those toxins during this heated practice. Mats are provided, but you may feel more comfortable brining your own along.
