A company must have at least 50 employees to be eligible for an AFF Corporate Wellness Partnership.

There is no cost to a company to be an AFF Corporate Wellness Partner.

A partnership is activated when 5 of your employees enroll in an individual membership. AFF will provide all marketing materials to help determine employee interest.

AFF asks that the wellness benefit be communicated to all employees. Also, our periodic onsite visits help to improve visibility and encourage participation. AFF will provide all marketing materials to internally promote the partnership to ensure a successful launch and ongoing participation
