I joined the gym in late August 2015, had surgery 2 weeks later and had to take a month-long break. Even after just a couple of weeks, I couldn’t wait to get back! Now, it’s been 3 more months and I have lost 10 lbs. It doesn’t sound like much, but I have been unable to lose weight for many years. I can see the difference, but more importantly, I can feel the difference! I have more confidence, I am stronger, I am healthier, and the pain in my lower back is almost gone! I have a long way to go, but for the first time I feel like I can do it!!
