Several years ago, I used to spend up to 4 hours at a time at the Midlothian location with unsuccessful results.  I started attending the Senior Exercise class about 15 months ago after I saw how much moving the participants did.

I now take 1 or 2 group exercise classes per day.  I am using the 12 Days of Fitness to expand my awareness of the classes available.  I am slowly losing weight and am in better shape than I was previously.

I take Groove, Senior Exercise, and Zumba regularly.  I have taken Active periodically.  The main point of any of the Group Exercise classes is to “Keep Moving”!
