I have a demanding job in ministry, but it is largely sedentary. Before I knew it, my weight reached 272 lbs.
Well, that wouldn’t do. I buckled down and attended a variety of classes at American Family Fitness — Aquatic Fitness, Group Fitness, and even an occasional cycling class. I combined my workout at the gym with a better workout at the table, eliminating a flurry of donuts, candies, and salty snacks. I am blessed and happy to share that because of these efforts, my weight decreased from 272 lbs to 235 lbs. As Irene Cara would say “What a feeling!” And I’m a work in progress. (-:
