Nearing the end of 2014 I found myself in a place I never thought I would be. I was 280 pounds. I wondered what had let me to this point. I had always been active so I figured this would never be an issue. It was poor diet and poor habits. I noticed that this had began to get in the way of the martial arts I have loved all my life. So I decided to make a change and with the support of family, friends and the blessing of a positive atmosphere at American family I began modifying my behavior and nutritional choices. With a good cardio and workout routine and a overhaul to my diet I’m glad to say I have lost 92 pounds and am feeling much better and more satisfied about my health and well-being.
