Enjoy the water no matter the weather. At American Family Fitness in Swift Creek (Hull Street - West), our sparkling indoor pool allows you to continue your fitness journey year round. And with our many aquatic fitness options, including swimming lessons, you’ll be shedding the pounds, keeping stress off your joints, and learning and perfecting new starts, strokes, and turns.

It's time to put your love of water to good use. With the wide assortment of aquatic options at American Family Fitness in Swift Creek (Hull Street - West), you’ll lose weight, strengthen and tone your muscles, and improve cardiovascular endurance. Our gym features a 4-lane lap pool, teaching pool, and a kids' pool with a slide and water mushroom. How fun is that?

Check out our Class Schedule for the days/times of aquatic group fitness. Classes are offered daily, and because our gym offers an indoor pool, aquatic fitness is year round.

Aquatics group classes at our health club range from low intensity exercise to higher impact aerobic workouts. The water is refreshing, but don't be fooled. Water's resistance helps to build strength and burn calories; but the water's buoyancy makes an aquatic workout easier on the joints.
