Our gym in Swift Creek (Hull Street - West) offers mature adults many different opportunities to exercise for their health, including low impact options such as yoga, Pilates, and even aquatic exercise. Seniors can workout at their own pace on our selection of cardio and strength training equipment, or enjoy the social experience of a group class. Our certified trainers can modify instruction for the comfort and safety of each member, such as including a chair for support or slowing the pace.
