American Family Fitness is a locally owned and operated company out of Richmond, Virginia dedicated to improving the physical and mental well-being of our community. With locations across Central Virginia, American Family Fitness is committed to providing quality service and maintaining a safe and clean environment for members to get fit and stay healthy. Serving members for over 33 years, American Family Fitness offers a wide variety of weight, cardio and functional training equipment, group fitness and aquatics classes, and specialty services such as personal, partner and small group training, kids activities and camps, and sports leagues.
