Onsite Childcare For American Family Fitness Members

For your convenience, our Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Williamsburg gyms offer onsite childcare services in the KidZone. Your kids will enjoy age-appropriate activities like games, coloring, crafts, and movies while you workout with the many services and programs we offer. Even older kids will enjoy their time in our clubs. American Family Fitness knows that moms and dads are busy and stretched for time, and so we want to make your experience as stress-less as possible. After all, we're family!

At this time, the KidZone is open to infants 6 weeks to 13 years.

Reservations are required for infants 6 weeks and 12 months and may be made by calling the KidZone in advance of your next visit.

American Family Fitness believes the foundation for a healthy life is set at an early age. We're proud to offer our families a wide variety of local youth programs, including swim lessons, camps, youth fitness classes, and more. Reach out to the gym location closest to you for more information.

American Family Fitness locations offer children's birthday party packages for members. You just pick the date, supply the kids, and we'll do all of the planning. Check with the American Family Fitness location nearest you for more details.

Every age is important at American Family Fitness, including the very youngest. Games that get kids moving, like Hula Hoop Tag and Dodgeball, are offered at many of our gym locations. Older youth will enjoy Kid Fit activities that introduce age- and size-appropriate cardio and strength training activities, and there are youth sports leagues, swimming lessons, swim clubs, summer camps, and more.
