Master the movements, build real confidence, and find your rhythm with a trainer who meets you exactly where you are.
The Foundation Journey is where most members begin, built for anyone starting fresh or coming back after time away. Over four to six weeks, you will train one to two days a week with your coach and follow a trainer-prescribed plan for three cardio or group fitness days on your own. The focus stays on corrective movement, safe technique, and the consistency that makes everything after it possible.
You will finish with cleaner movement, a real fitness base, and the confidence to keep going.
Get stronger, go longer, and start seeing the changes you came for as your program grows right alongside you.
The Build Journey is for members ready to get stronger and see visible change. It runs three months in two phases: the first four weeks establish movement quality and structure, and the next eight build strength through steady progression. You will train twice a week with your coach and add two to three cardio or group fitness days on your own. Monthly InBody scans track what is changing, and habit coaching helps you turn training into routine.
Members finish with noticeable strength gains, better body composition, and consistency that holds.
Push your limits, recover smarter, and make your results last with training that fits the life you actually live.
The Performance & Lifestyle Journey is the full arc, built for members chasing long-term transformation. It moves through all three phases across three to four months with three or more sessions a week. Training targets strength, endurance, and output, while lifestyle coaching addresses sleep, stress, and recovery. Nutrition guidance is habit-based and non-medical, focused on realistic changes you can sustain rather than strict approaches that are difficult to maintain.
This journey works best for members already training consistently. If you are not there yet, your trainer will help you find the right starting place.
Measurable improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Lower body fat and more lean mass, tracked by InBody, not guesswork.
The changes you notice in the mirror and in your closet.
Better sleep, steadier routines, and more left in the tank.
Habits, lifestyle, and accountability, not just an hour on the floor.
The kind that comes from knowing what you are doing and why.
Every journey opens with a full assessment: a movement screen, your health and exercise history, a goal conversation, and a baseline InBody scan. Your trainer walks you through the results, explains what the numbers mean, and uses them to build your starting plan. You keep a copy, and you will revisit the numbers throughout your journey.
You get a structured plan built around your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level. It covers workouts for your training sessions and for the days you train on your own, with progressive strength programming that evolves as you improve. Plans are delivered digitally or through your trainer, whichever you prefer, and adjusted as you go.
Technique coaching runs through every session, starting with your first. Your trainer works with you on form and movement mechanics, walks you through equipment, modifies exercises to match your ability, and builds in strategies to keep you training injury-free.
Consistency is the hardest part, so your trainer is involved between sessions too. That means regular check-ins, tracking your attendance and completed workouts, following up on your goals, and staying reachable when you need a question answered.
Results hold when the habits hold. Your trainer works with you on workout consistency, daily movement, hydration, sleep and recovery, and stress management. Progress gets reviewed and adjusted along the way, and habit coaching goes deeper in the Build and Performance journeys.
Available in the Performance and Lifestyle Journey, this is a broader strategy covering recovery and sleep, stress management, and how your daily routine supports your training. It evolves alongside your program.
Nutrition guidance is habit-based and built to support general wellness, performance, and body composition. It covers basic nutrition education, portion awareness, meal patterns, and general calorie and macronutrient direction. Guidance is non-medical, and trainers do not diagnose or treat existing conditions.
Your trainer prescribes cardio and group fitness days to support your results between sessions. You complete them on your own or in a class, with specific guidance on duration, intensity, or which class to take. These days support endurance, calorie burn, and consistency and can be adjusted around your schedule, recovery, and goals.
Progress gets measured through InBody assessments, strength and performance gains, movement quality and mobility, and habit consistency. Your trainer reviews it with you regularly and adjusts your programming as needed. At the end of your journey, you will get guidance on what comes next, whether that is progressing forward or shifting focus.
You can pay for your journey in full up front, or set up monthly billing to spread the cost across your program.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, which gives your trainer time to offer the slot to another member.
Yes. Sessions can be paused for approved circumstances such as travel or medical needs, so a change in your schedule does not cost you the sessions you paid for.
You can move up to a longer journey at any time, and your trainer will help you decide when the timing is right.
You will be paired with a primary trainer who knows your history and your program. If your schedule changes or your trainer is unavailable, another coach can step in so your training stays on track.
Your sessions have an expiration date based on the size of your package, so larger packages give you a longer window to use them.
Your trainer will recommend a Journey after your consultation and assessment. The recommendation is based on where you are starting, what you want to accomplish, and how often you can realistically train.
Both are available, and the right length depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Your trainer will talk you through the difference. Session duration may also be adjusted based on availability and any pricing difference.
