Please note that when canceling a membership, you may be subject to enrollment fees, and new membership rates should you decide to return. CODE OF CONDUCT

CLUB POLICIES AND MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

 

At American Family Fitness, we believe that good family dynamics keep everybody happy. To provide a comfortable experience for everyone in our clubs, all members and guests must observe our club policies and Member Code of Conduct.

American Family Fitness strives to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-threatening environment for all staff and members. AFF strictly prohibits any abuse of profanity, whether verbal or in any form of display.

 

Aggressive or threatening behavior toward staff or other members is not tolerated and may result in the termination of membership.

 

Failure to abide by the American Family Fitness Code of Conduct or any club rules or policies, including disruptive behavior or disrespect toward staff, members, or guests, may result in disciplinary action up to and including membership suspension or termination. American Family Fitness guidelines, policies, and Member Code of Conduct are subject to change with or without notice.

 

ACCESS POLICY

American Family Fitness is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members and staff. This policy outlines the standards and expectations for member access to locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, restrooms, and changing areas in compliance with the Virginia Human Rights Act (Va. Code § 2.2-3904), which prohibits discrimination based on gender identity in places of public accommodation.

 

General Guidelines

    1. Member Choice: All members are welcome to use the locker room, sauna, steam room, restrooms, and changing facilities that align with their consistently expressed gender identity. Members are expected to use the facilities acting in good faith and consistent with their lived gender identity.
    2. Gender-Neutral Options: For added comfort and privacy, single-occupancy, gender-neutral changing areas and restrooms are available at select club locations. These facilities are available for any member who desires additional privacy, regardless of the reason.
    3. Privacy and Respect: All members must respect the privacy and dignity of others when using any facility. This includes:
      • No photography or video recording in any locker room, sauna, steam room, pool deck, changing area, or restroom
      • Reporting any concerns or inappropriate conduct to management immediately

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER UPDATES

In inclement weather, American Family Fitness will issue changes and/or updates in operations via email, social media, and in-app messaging.  Subscribe to email communications, download the AMFAM Anywhere App, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram @amfamfitva to stay updated.

 

COURT SPORTS

Basketball
Basketball and Pickleball courts are available to members and their guests only unless there is restricted access at that time.  Members must present a key tag or ID at the Welcome Desk to obtain a basketball.

 

Racquetball
Reservations are required and can be made up to three days in advance by contacting our Welcome Desk.  Reservations will be forfeited if you are not on the court within fifteen minutes of the reserved start time.  Proper attire is always required (shorts, shirt, court shoes, protective eyewear).  Non-marking shoes only.  Racquetball courts are available to members only.

 

KID ZONE

Ages

Infants 6 weeks to kids 13 years of age are welcome in the KidZone. Please note that a Family membership is required to utilize our KidZone facilities.

 

Reservations

To provide the appropriate care for your little ones, reservations are required for infants six weeks to 12 months and may be made by contacting the KidZone. Reservations are not required for toddlers one year and walking to 13 years.

 

Time Limit

The maximum allowable time for any child in the KidZone is 2.5 hours per day.

 

Safety

As a family-friendly club, we understand how important it is to feel safe bringing your little ones with you while you exercise. We've also established a Member Code of Conduct and Safety Oath for all members to adhere to while using the KidZone.  Anyone entering the KidZone must wash their hands or use the sanitizing solution before admittance.  

 

Youth Fitness Ages 9-13

The use of specific cardio and strength training machines is permitted while under the supervision of a parent. If assistance is required, please see the Welcome Desk or Fitness Staff.

 

 CELL PHONE, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

As a courtesy to other members and guests, mobile devices, including cell phones and tablets, are strictly limited to the lobby or designated non-workout areas. Please refrain from using cell phones on strength machines.

 

No selfies, photography, or videography are permitted in any locker room, changing area, bathroom, sauna, steam room, hot tub, or pool deck, and audio recordings or speakerphone use in these areas are prohibited. When taking selfies, please be mindful of others who may be in the background.

 

EQUIPMENT AREAS

  • All members and guests are required to adhere to the following policies:
  • As a courtesy to other members, please wipe down equipment after each use with the sanitizing solution or wet wipes provided throughout the club.
  • Children 13 years and under are not allowed in the free weight room.
  • There are no gym bags in the weight areas or workout floor. Please use the cubbies or lockers provided at your club.
  • Use only one piece of equipment at a time.
  • Re-rack all bars, plates, and dumbbells after use. 
  • Do not throw or slam weights on the floor.
  • Do not remove any weights from the weight room.  If you see someone removing weights, please notify management.
  • Unauthorized freelance personal training, or one-on-one training/coaching by or of members, is strictly prohibited; AFF provides a qualified, trained staff of certified personal trainers.

 

Group Exercise/Class Studios – Safety Protocols

  • Members must remain within the designated workout space during all group fitness classes.
  • To ensure safety and prevent class disruption, members are not permitted on the stage or instructor platform at any time. This area is reserved for instructors only.
  • No cell phone use is permitted inside Group Exercise studios while class is in session.
  • Members must exit the studio promptly at the end of class to allow for instructor cleanup, studio reset, and preparation for the next class.

 

WORKOUT ATTIRE

Proper athletic attire is always expected and must be worn at all times.  No bare feet or exposed toes on the workout floor for safety and sanitary considerations. No jeans, ripped t-shirts, or cut-off shorts. Management reserves the right to request adjustments or additions to attire if deemed inappropriate and may deny access to any part of the club for inappropriate attire.

 

SWIMMING POOL & POOL AREA

  • All patrons MUST shower BEFORE using the pool or hot tub.
  • Please be advised that no lifeguard is on duty, and adult supervision is required for all children 13 and under in the pool area.
  • No diving, running, or rough play.
  • Do not enter water with an open cut; no band-aids.
  • Children are NOT allowed in the pool's class area during water fitness classes; please see the schedule for class times.
  • Respect any class in progress, no loud noises around the class zone.
  • Chewing gum, glass, and food are not permitted in the wet area.
  • Lap lane use is for lap swimmers or any scheduled programs in the lap pool.  Please limit your time to 30 minutes. If all lanes are taken, share space when possible.  Children 9 & up may use lap lanes as long as they swim laps and/or exercise.
  • No hanging, sitting, or lying on lane lines.
  • Please remove kickboards, noodles, toys, and other aquatic equipment from the water when not used.
  • Certain aquatic equipment is for use only during supervised programs or at the discretion of aquatic staff.
  • Children in diapers MUST wear swim diapers explicitly designed for pool use.
  • Appropriate family-friendly swim attire must be worn at all times.  Management reserves the right to request adjustments or additions to attire if deemed inappropriate and may deny access to any part of the club for inappropriate attire.
  • Courtesy towards other members and staff is expected at all times.
  • Selfies, photography, and videography are not permitted in wet areas, and audio recordings and speakerphone use are also prohibited.
  • Staff are only allowed in aquatic closets, bins, or pump rooms.
  • The wet area closes 15 minutes prior to the club closing

 

KIDS POOL PLAY AREA & WATER FEATURES

When in any pool area, please walk—do not run—through water features or on the pool deck. Do not hang or swing on water features. Direct adult supervision is required while children are in the pool area.

 

HOT TUB

  • Anyone who suffers from diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or has a heart problem should not use the hot tub without first consulting their doctor. Pregnant women should avoid hot tubs due to the high temperatures.
  • For healthy individuals, a guideline for initial use is three to five minutes. The recommended time for regular use is 15-20 minutes. And, of course, listen to your body.
  • Parents should limit their children to a maximum of five minutes per exposure.
  • Children 5 and under are prohibited in the hot tub.
  • Appropriate family-friendly swim attire must be worn at all times.  Management reserves the right to request adjustments or additions to attire if deemed inappropriate and may deny access to any part of the club for inappropriate attire.

 

SAUNA & STEAM ROOMS

  • Consult a doctor if you have high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or a heart problem; do not use if you are pregnant.
  • Limiting time in the sauna or steam room to no more than 20 minutes at a time is advisable.
  • Please use the shower before entering.
  • Children under 14 are not allowed.
  • No shaving or toiletries of any type are allowed.
  • Exercise attire or family-friendly swim attire is required in both steam and sauna areas. Management reserves the right to request adjustments or additions to attire if deemed inappropriate and may deny access to any part of the club for inappropriate attire.
  • Putting any liquids in the steam or sauna is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of membership.

 

LOCKER ROOMS

Locker rooms are available for use by all members.  As a courtesy to other members, parents are not to bring children of the opposite sex or three years of age or older into the locker room area. Please use the family locker rooms that are available at select club locations.

 

Appropriate family-friendly attire must be worn at all times.  Management reserves the right to request adjustments or additions to attire if deemed inappropriate and may deny access to any part of the club for inappropriate attire.

 

Selfies, photography, and videography are not permitted in the locker rooms, and audio recordings and speakerphone use are also prohibited.

 

American Family Fitness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please lock personal belongings with a lock while exercising in the building. Locks are not provided, and our staff will remove any locks left overnight.

PRIVACY POLICY

Richmond Fitness DBA American Family Fitness("us", "we ", "our", the “Company” or “AFF”) has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use our services online and offline, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to information we obtain in the course of our business, including though our website, our mobile app, American Family Fitness-branded fitness clubs, our social media accounts, communications with American Family Fitness, and other online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party products, services or websites that you may be able to access via the Services, which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy supplements and forms a part of the American Family Fitness Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the T&Cs.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  1. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

1.1         “Personal Information” is information that personally identifies you.  When you register for an American Family Fitness membership, visit American Family Fitness Clubs, use our Services, contact us directly, or interact with us on social media, you may provide us with certain Personal Information including your name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, social media handles, phone number, and your physical address. For more information on how we use and share your Sensitive Personal Information, please see Section 3.2 (“On-Site Business Partners”) below.

1.2         “Account Information” is information that we collect in connection with your American Family Fitness membership account.  The types of Account Information we collect may include the type of membership, billing method, effective dates of your membership, username and password (“Membership Information), and information in connection with the use of our Services, such as records of the products and services purchased, personal preferences such as favorite programs and classes, and notations made to your account in connection with a customer service communications between you to American Family Fitness.

1.3         “Financial Information” is information we collect to process payments from you, such as a credit card number and/or other related information that may be required from you to complete your purchase. We do not store or retain any of your Financial Information, except for the last four digits of your credit card. For more information on how your Financial Information is used and shared in these instances, please see Section 3.3 (“Payment Processors”) below.

1.4   “Traffic Data” is information that your browser sends whenever you visit or use the Website or the App, as well as any other generic user information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons. Traffic Data may also include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the type of mobile phone you are using to access our Services, the operating software and firmware used by your mobile phone, the pages of the Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other data generated from cookies (see Section 4 Cookies below for more information). 

  1. LEGAL BASIS, USE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION

2.1 Use of Information Collected

We may process your Personal Information for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, pursuant to the following legal basis: (1) with your consent, (2) for compliance with a legal obligation to which American Family Fitness is subject, (3) for the performance of a contract to which you are party, (4) in order to protect your vital interests, or (5) when we have assessed it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by American Family Fitness or a third party to whom it may be necessary to disclose information and are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, including your right to have your personal data protected. 

We use your Personal Information for our legitimate business interest in operating and improving our business and services, including to: provide our services, products, and other offerings to you; establish, manage and administer your membership and account with us; personalize and improve your membership experience; respond to requests and enquiries from you or a third party; optimize our website and customer experience; provide customer support; inform you about our products and services; and ensure that our operations are conducted in an appropriate and efficient manner.

We may also use your Personal Information to perform analytics with your consent (including market research, trend analysis, and financial analysis).

We may also use your Personal Information to protect against and prevent safety and security issues, fraud and other criminal activity, claims and other liabilities, and to comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, and our policies and terms.

We may also use your Personal Information to send important notices, such as communications about your membership and changes to our policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with American Family Fitness, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

We collect Account Information for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your account, and communicating about your membership account.

We collect Financial Information for the purpose of processing payment for products or services purchased.

We collect Traffic Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, and, as described in this Privacy Policy, to, with your consent, advertise to you.

We may link or combine the personally identifiable information we collect and/or receive about you with non-personally identifiable information we collect or receive about you, such as the Traffic Data we collect automatically during your visit to our website or use of certain of our Services.  This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience and helps us to continually work to improve our Services.  If we do combine non-personally identifiable information with personally identifiable information, the combined information will be treated as personally identifiable information for as long as it remains combined.

2.2 Retention Policy

We will only retain your personally identifiable data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of our legitimate business interests that have been accessed and satisfy any legal or reporting requirements.  For clarity, we retain all information collected for so long as you have a membership account with us, so that we can service your membership efficiently.  Should you request to deactivate your membership account or for us to erase your personally identifiable data, subject to our 30-day retention period for back-ups, we will cease to retain all personally identifiable information you have provided.  However, retention periods may be extended if we are required to preserve your information or data because of litigation, investigations and other similar proceedings, or if a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

 

  1. THIRD PARTY DATA PROCESSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

We do not sell, otherwise disclose, or share data we collect about you except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your personal data with third parties as described below:

3.1 Business Affiliates

We may share your data with our affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies (“Affiliates”), for the purpose of any necessary collaboration. In addition, if American Family Fitness is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information and data may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy. 

3.2 On-Site Business Partners

For your convenience, American Family Fitness Clubs may contain products or services provided by third party operators, including fitness equipment and fitness trainers. Third party operators operate independently from us, and the privacy practices of the relevant third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, are subject to the privacy policies of those third-parties, which we strongly encourage you to review, as their practices may differ from ours.

3.3 Payment Processors

When you make a payment for the Services, we process your payments via a third party payment processor. In these instances, the third party payment processor may collect certain Financial Information from you to process a payment on behalf of American Family Fitness, including your name, email address, address and other billing information in which case the use and storage of your Financial Information is governed by the third party payment processor’s terms, conditions and privacy policies.

3.4 Vendors

American Family Fitness engages certain third parties that may process data submitted to American Family Fitness’ Gym to perform certain business-related functions and to increase the functionality of our Services.  Third party companies provide various other services to us, such as monitoring and analyzing how our Services are used or performing. When we engage another company to perform such functions, we may provide them with information, including Personal Information, Account Information and Traffic Data in connection with their performance of such functions. These third parties may analyze the data we provide, combine that data with publicly available data, and provide us with access to their analysis and reports.

We do not display the identities of all of our third-party data processors and service providers publicly by name for security and competitive reasons. If you would like further information about the identities of our third-party data processors and service providers, please contact us as provided in Section 13 Contact Us below.

To the extent these third parties have access to any of your data, and especially your Personal Information or a combination of data that is deemed to be personally identifiable, please know that they are contractually (i) limited to only use this data to perform specific tasks on our behalf and (ii) obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose. 

 

  1. COOKIES

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you. The third parties we work with may also use cookies to help us analyze how our users are using the Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help feature on most browsers provide information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies or to notify you when receiving a new cookie.

If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Service and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

We use the following types of cookies (collectively, “Cookie Data”):

  • “Essential Cookies” are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. Because of their essential nature, you cannot opt out of these cookies.
  • “Functional Cookies” enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
  • “Analytics Cookies” allow us to count visits and traffic sources, so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous.
  • Additionally, “Advertising Cookies” may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites.

 

  1. OPTING OUT OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by contacting us as provided in Section 13 Contact Us below, or following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

 

  1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

 

  1. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (“GDPR”)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), this Section 7 applies with respect to your personal data.

7.1 Data Controller:

When you access our Services, contact us, or otherwise interact with us from the EEA, Richmond Fitness is the data controller.

7.2 Your Rights:

Users who wish to correct, update, change, or erase the Personal Information they submit to the Service should be able to go back into the applicable account page to edit the submitted information. For your information, in accordance with certain, possibly applicable, privacy laws, you may have the following rights in respect of your Personal Information that we hold:

  • Right of access. You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the personally identifiable information about you that we hold.  Where we have good reason, and if the GDPR permits, we can refuse your request for a copy of your personally identifiable information, or certain elements of the request. If we refuse your request or any element of it, we will provide you with our reasons for doing so.
  • Right of portability. In certain instances, you have a right to receive any personally identifiable information that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can ask us to transmit that information to you or directly to a third party organization. The above right exists only in respect of personally identifiable information that: (i) you have provided to us previously; and, (ii) is processed by us using automated means. While we are happy for such requests to be made, we are not able to guarantee technical compatibility with a third party organization's systems. We are also unable to comply with requests that relate to personally identifiable information of others without their consent.
  • Right to rectification. The right to obtain rectification of your personally identifiable information without undue delay where that personally identifiable information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to erasure. The right to obtain the erasure of your Personal Information without undue delay in certain circumstances, such as where the Personal Information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed.
  • Right to restriction. The right to obtain the restriction of the processing undertaken by us on your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as where the accuracy of the Personal Information is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of that Personal Information.
  • Right to object. The right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Information, and to object to processing of your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes, to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.

Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personally identifiable information. Again, you may access, correct or request deletion of your personally identifiable information by logging into your account, or by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days. 

7.3 Complaint:

  1. YOUR CALIFORNIA RIGHTS

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with the following rights:

  • Right to Know. The right to know the Personal Information that we collect from you, the purposes for which we use it, the sources from which we collect it, the limited circumstances under which we share it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding it.
  • Right to Request Access and Data Portability Rights. The right to request we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information (as used in this section “Personal Information” has the definition set forth in CCPA) over the past 12 months, upon verifiable consumer request. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you: (i) the categories of Personal Information we collected about you, (ii) the categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you, (iii) our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information, (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we disclosed or sold that Personal Information, (v) and/or the specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you (also called a data portability request). You may make a “request to know” up to two times in a 12-month period free of charge, subject to limitations described in the law. A general description of the categories of information that we collect, the purpose for collecting, using and sharing such information, and types of service providers we share information with is set forth above in the “Information and Collection,” “Legal Basis, Use and Retention of Information” and “Third Party Data Processors and Services Providers” sections.
  • Right to Request Deletion. The right to request we delete your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete your Personal Information from our records, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale. The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information to “third parties.”
  • Authorized Representatives. You may also designate an authorized representative to make consumer rights requests on your behalf. We will require verification that you did in fact authorize the representative.
  • No sale of personal information. Although we do not believe we sell personal information, CCPA has very broadly defines “sale” as to qualify our limited sharing of your personal information as a “sale”.
  • No Discrimination. We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different rates, or give you different discounts because you used one of these rights.

If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us as provided below in Section 13 Contact Us below. Please note that certain rights may be limited or unavailable depending on the type of data requested or exception under applicable law.

As already stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with California Civil Code Section §1798.83, please know that American Family Fitness does not disclose personally identifiable information collected on the Service to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. (California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of a website that are California residents to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes).

Our Services are not directed at anyone under the age of thirteen (13); and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). Additionally, you must be over the minimum age to consent to the processing of your personal data as required by the laws of your country to use our Services.

To facilitate American Family Fitness’ operations, we may store, transfer and access the information and personally identifiable information you submit to our Services around the world, including the United States, Canada and other countries in which American Family Fitness or its third party service providers have operations. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if American Family Fitness transfers such information or personally identifiable information to other countries. By consenting to this Privacy Policy and using our Services (or, for the avoidance of any doubt, providing information or personally identifiable information to us on any Company website in any other context), you consent to the transfer of your information and personally identifiable information among these facilities, including those located outside your home country.

HOW IT WORKS

Guests of Members

Each member is welcome to bring a guest to American Family Fitness at any time (fees may apply).

Limitations on Number of Visits

Any first-time guest of an American Family Fitness member is entitled to one complimentary visit per calendar year. For additional guest admissions, a member may purchase a discounted single 10-pack guest pass booklet annually. Limit one booklet per year (Day Limited Membership Pass is $20).

Enjoy Full Access

During their visit, guests will have full access to the same amenities as members, including group exercise classes, the swimming pool, the gym floor, and additional features depending on the club's facilities.  Members and their in-town guests must check in together.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests 17 and under are welcome to use the facilities, provided a parent or legal guardian has completed and signed the waiver and registration form. Guests under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult 18 or older who must remain in the facility with them.

GUEST REGISTRATION

To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that guests fill out our online registration form HERE before visiting. Once submitted, your admittance pass will be emailed to you, and you can present it at the Welcome Desk when you arrive.
