Please note that individual club-level updates—such as temporary pool closures, KidZone availability, or changes to group exercise schedules—are communicated directly by each club through the AMFAM Anywhere App. For the most accurate, location-specific information, we encourage members to check the app or contact their home club.

GLEN ALLEN-ASHLAND CLOSURE UPDATE: Safety is our top priority. American Family Fitness has a long-standing snow and ice service contract that we actively use during winter weather events. That contract applies to locations where we directly manage parking lots and sidewalks. At Glen Allen-Ashland, we are tenants and do not control parking lot maintenance. We have been contacting the landlord throughout this weather event to address ongoing conditions; however, significant ice remains on the parking lots and walkways, making it unsafe to open at this time. Opening the club under these conditions would put members and staff at risk - and that’s not a risk we’re willing to take. Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to welcoming you back to the clubs.
